DGS Director Steve Sharkey and Historic Properties Manager Jackson Gilman-Forlini recently joined Jeff Buchheit of the Baltimore National Heritage Area to present Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake with the first of several 15-star, 15-stripe commemorative flags to be flown over municipal buildings during the recent Star-Spangled Spectacular. The first flag was deployed at the stately and historic War Memorial.
