About Us

We're the heartbeat of Baltimore City Government. The Department of General Services is a government agency comprising more than 300 skilled employees with expertise in construction, building management and maintenance, fleet management, sustainability, and management of Baltimore City-owned transportation and facility assets. We accomplish this through the following divisions:
